After a thorough and rigorous procurement process, a new 20-year partnership agreement has been established between Axis’ Midlands Division and Clarion Housing Group for the delivery of Planned and Major Reactive Works across the North and Midlands.
• Collaborative Value Engineering programme saves £240,000 • Cost savings enable works to a further 85 homes to be programmed • Bespoke package of works to 370 homes • Phased programme of delivery • Phased works - three teams work on three properties a day • Renewal UPVC windows • Cleaning UPVC fascias, gutters and soffits • Renewal external doors • External and internal decoration • Render repairs • Compliance - fire rated emulsion / class 0
With the first projects now underway, the partnership is gaining momentum and making a strong impact on the ground. The first set of projects are now in the delivery phase and the teams are quickly gaining traction on site.
Works commenced October 2024 – on target to complete in March 2025
