Project Details CLC has an established relationship with VIVO, having previously delivered fire safety and refurbishment projects. Our consistent, highquality delivery led to our appointment via competitive tender to carry out external wall insulation (EWI) and associated upgrades to 62 three-bedroom semi-detached homes in Southwick. The £3.08 million project, running from February 2024 to May 2025, aims to enhance energy efficiency, improve thermal comfort, and uplift the visual appeal of MOD properties. Alongside EWI, works included roof replacements, loft insulation, new windows and doors, drainage upgrades, external lighting, and asbestos removal.
