Cardiff Community Housing Association (CCHA) ENERGY EFFICIENT DECARBONISATION
Project Details Cardiff Community Housing Association (CCHA) tasked CLC with completing decarbonisation and retrofit works following the Optimised RetroFit Programme (ORP), funded by the Welsh Government. A total of 51 properties over the first two phases of the contract. Installation of the works was completed to PAS 2030, PAS 2035, and MCS standards. This included loft insulation, EESS (batteries), ventilation works, and Solar PV. 111.2 kw of SPV was installed across 35 properties. A further 16 properties are to be completed in phase 2.
