**No car allowance benefit**. Any car allowance is provided strictly based on job need. Needs to be a fundamental part of their role, to travel frequently and reliably between multiple work locations, client sites, or operational areas. The employee must have regular access to a suitable vehicle in order to carry out their duties effectively and meet operational requirements
