“If in doubt, speak out”

SITE MANAGERS & SUPERVISORS

Customer Feedback

We surveyed 24 clients across our group and here’s what they had to say about our service and the lessons we should take from their feedback…

4 Detractors 33 Aggregate net promoter score

9 Promoters

11 Passive

A score between 30 to 70 is commonly accepted as “great”, but there is room for improvement

Customer Feedback

What’s

the lesson behind the scores…

How well we communicate Responsiveness and capacity

Delivery and quality

Data, reporting and system

Health and safety Capitalise on future opportunities through better relationship building. Avoid split in communications between senior and site level

Clients experience a collection of teams, rather than one operating model. Adopt standard operating, reporting and communication procedures

Rated average to good with regional differences resulting in inconsistencies. Ensure your team and subcontractors are operating as one to a standard operating model

Coming out as a clear priority to clients were more integrated systems, better reporting and modern tools. This is a good place to plug ‘Building

Futures’ which you’ll hear more about soon

While most clients are happy with H&S performance, there is room to be more proactive to support the regulatory data requirements of public sector clients

Value Champion Awards

Axis CLC has six core values that reflect who we are across the group. They define how we operate, what we believe in, and how we workwith each other, with our clients and customers, investors and with the communities we serve.

To celebrate colleagues who exemplify our values in action, we have our own Value Champion Awards!
