FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs) Q1: Why can’t I log into the system?
A: There are two reasons why you may not have access to the LSC system: 1. Due to limitations on the number of users permitted, you may not be a nominated user. If you do not receive an email prompting you to activate your account and log into the system, you are not a selected PQQ approver or system user. 2. Due to the ongoing migration project, many of the email addresses previously used to grant selected users access to the system are now outdated. The IT team is currently updating all user email addresses and enabling single sign-on access through the new email domain. If you are a nominated user and experience any issues logging in, please contact support@localsupplychain.co.uk.
Q2: How do I request the onboarding of a new subcontractor/supplier?
A: Please complete and submit the onboarding request form which can be found on both the Axis and CLC intranets.
Q3: Why are some approved contractors unregistered?
A: Following migration from the legacy system, some supply chain partners are yet to activate their profiles on the new system. Weekly invites will be sent from LSC to supply chain partners to register their profiles and upload their documentation.
Q4: Why is the supply chain partner’s documentation incomplete?
A: As part of the profile completion process following registration, they will be required to upload all essential and applicable documentation (i.e. Public Liability, Employer’s Liability, Product Liability, Contractors’ All Risk, PAS91, and SSIP). If there are additional documents required, they can be requested through the compliance module or uploaded internally via the internal upload form.
Q5: How will I be notified when tasks are completed for approval?
A: Once a supplier submits a page of the issued forms (i.e. Trading Terms, Financial Terms, or PQQ), a notification email will be sent to the relevant mailboxes to inform approvers of the pending task.
Q6: How do I view my tasks once notified?
A: There are two methods to access the form evaluation page: 1. Follow the link in the task notification email. This will take you directly to the approval page for your review. 2. Log into the LSC portal using the pqq mailbox credentials, select the ‘My Tasks’ option in the left panel, and select ‘View Task’ to proceed with the evaluation.
