Highlights Axis completed a cyclical refurbishment programme for Notting Hill Genesis across a series of Victorian residential blocks in West London. The works formed part of a planned maintenance and asset management strategy to maintain building condition and ensure compliance across a mixed-tenure housing association portfolio. The programme covered a wide range of building refurbishment activities to both external and internal elements. External works included window renewals, asphalt roof upgrades, and drainage improvements, which enhanced weather resistance and supported energy efficiency objectives. These works also protected the building fabric and extended the life of key structural elements. Internal works included full kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, alongside internal redecoration to improve living standards. M&E services upgrades, including new fire alarm systems and intercom installations, improved building safety and ensured compliance with current regulations.
