July 2023 – Issue 2 – Newperran Holiday Resort presents
Hello from Elliot! Hello. For those of you that I’ve not had the pleasure of meeting yet, my name is Elliot Cutler and I’m currently acting as the General Manager here at the beautiful Newperran Holiday Resort. In the short time I’ve been here, I’ve been working hard to put a bit of love back into the park and bring it back to its former glory. I hope you’re happy with the progress so far, and I’m committed to continuing to make an impact, including sorting out as many of the issues you have raised as possible, in a timely manner. Thank you for your continued patience as I know there have been many frustrations, but I’m working hard to meet your expectations. Below are a few updates around what improvements we have made so far: • The swimming pool has been deep cleaned inside and out • Bar & entertainment room carpets have been deep cleaned along with the paving slabs outside • Grass cutting has been done and will continue to be maintained, alongside straightening the fence along the entrance drive • More team members have been recruited • The St Ives Bay Entertainment Cast Team now visit us once a week to put on an amazing show New development update: We now have new turf down which is currently receiving the VIP sprinkler treatment to embed it nicely in this lovely sunny weather. We are also waiting on the tarmac to be laid to finish it off ready for the big launch! We have a stunning brand-new Willerby Delamere lodge that will be featured in the new development which is 45Ft x20 ft, 2 bedrooms, huge decking, 50" TV in the lounge along with TVs in both bedrooms and a full inventory kit. Full site fees for 2023 included in the price. You can purchase this exclusive lodge for £295K! Part exchange is also available, along with all other holiday homes on the development.
