Hello from Toby What a great few weeks it has been, the sun is out, the park is getting busier. I think I have mentioned before but this is my favourite time of year, when the sun starts to come out and the park really starts to take off for the season. I would like to start by thanking a number of you for the feedback you have been giving us, as it’s started to really help us shape some of the decisions we’ve been making. We’ve launched a pop-up bar at busy times in the Green Room, introduced the app and ice creams are now available from Guest Services. We’ve also handed over the responsibility for Owner Services to the Sales Team (now the Ownership Team, headed up by Neil Rowe), and are looking for a dedicated person to look after you and your ownership journey, more info on this to follow as we find this person. Over the last few months, we’ve been through some change, but have now nearly filled all roles and I have to say, I think this could be our best year yet! Although, I am biased :) Please see the shout-outs section to see who is joining and departing. Soon we will be launching a new proposition for our Fishing Lake and will be getting this ready for summer with some benches, along with some rules and passes for those wishing to fish on our lake - this area really is starting to come along and look fantastic!

We have some great owners’ events coming up too, please make sure you keep an eye out as to which events are bookable to avoid disappointment. We have so far welcomed 27 new owners this year, can you believe that? I am so proud of our owners community here - I love walking about the park and talking to you all and seeing you enjoying your new lifestyles. It was so lovely to hear you had also been getting together yourselves for BBQ’s and bowls afternoons! We wanted to give you a heads up that we're making a change regarding our newsletters. Instead of sending them out quarterly, we'll be staying connected through Third Place Social. This way, we can keep you in the loop more efficiently and frequently, ensuring you always have the latest and greatest information. We're excited about this update and can't wait to connect with you on a more regular basis!
