OWN YOUR OWN HOLIDAY HOME ON THE CORNISH COAST

Make yourself at home

Life has a habit of getting on top of you - deadlines, toddlers, enthusiastic dogs. Sometimes all at once. When you own a holiday home at St Ives Bay Beach Resort, calm is always just a key-turn away. Blissful. Relaxing. Toddlers optional.

Feast your eyes on St Ives Bay! It has to be seen to be believed. A corner of Cornish heaven.

Why St Ives Bay?

No reason really. Unless you happen to like the idea of private access to a glorious three-mile long sandy beach where you can sunbathe, swim, surf* and sandcastle to your heart’s content. If you’re looking for golden memories, family downtime and front-row sunsets, St Ives must be the place.

*Can't surf? There's a surf school. Can't sandcastle? Try Google

Why Cornwall

It’s one of the sunniest corners of the UK. Paired with its miles of stunning coastline and sandy shores, it really does make for a dream holiday spot. It’s basically Barbados with pasties. Hayle’s even got ā€œWalkers are Welcomeā€ status meaning epic coastal walks, rolling dunes and footpaths with views worth framing. Add in buckets (and spades) of Cornish culture and you’ve got yourself a holiday home worth heading southwest for.

FAQs

How quickly can I move in?

We know you’ll be itching to get into your new holiday home, and we’ll do everything we can to make that happen as quickly as possible. The exact timing depends on things like your chosen holiday home and pitch, but don’t worry – your Holiday Home Hero will walk you through everything and keep you in the loop.

When is the park open?

Owners can enjoy the park from March to January – or, if you fancy more time by the sea, you can opt for our extended 12-month licence and make the most of your holiday home all year round.

Just a heads-up: your holiday home can’t be your main residence… so think of it as your very own seaside getaway, not your new office commute.

Will my holiday home be covered by a warranty?

Purchasing a holiday home with Away Resorts, allows you to enjoy peace of mind with our comprehensive bespoke and exclusive 3-year Warranty package*. To us, age doesn’t matter, at Away Resorts, we’ve got you covered!

How long will the park tour take?

This can take as long or as little time as you like, we like to show you everything but it’s your day! Why not make it a fun family day out? We can provide you with activity passes so you can get an even better feel of what the park is all about.

*Details and terms and conditions of our 3 year Warranty can be found on our website awayresorts.co.uk/holiday-homes/latest-offers or by speaking to one of our team.
