WINDGUARD

This WindGuard is an add-on shield interface for Progear Eyeguard series sports frames (sold separately). It shields your eyes from the onslaught of rushing air and debris that threaten safety and performance. When not in use, rinse, dry and store in a cool place.

Windguard (Sponge Version)

Sweat-absorbing lining designed for skiing, cycling, skateboarding and certain extreme sports.

Windguard (EVA Version)

Waterproof EVA lining designed for motorcycling, sailing, surﬁng, wakeboarding and other water sports.

Remove both rubber sidecushions from back of Eyeguard frame.

Align and insert the WindGuard to the back of the Eyeguard frame.

DO NOT pull the tip whilst inserting the side-cushion. Push from the back and "rub" the front of the rubber cushion in the direction shown to squeeze through the slot

Insert the rubber side-cushions that come with the WindGuard through the rectangular slots on Eyeguard frame to engage.

SNOWGUARD

This SnowGuard is an add-on interface for Progear Eyeguard series sports frames (sold separately). Advanced venting insert converts the Progear Eyeguard into Ski Goggles. Maximized coverage and a snug fit onto the face. Simple and easy attachement.

Available in Grey or Neon Yellow in sizes M, L and XL

Take the guesswork out of choosing the correct size with our Progear Eyeguard Fitting Kit.

The Progear Eyeguard Fitting Kit eliminates the need to order frames on patient approval and allows your customers to select the required size immediately without waiting for stocks to be shipped.

The Progear Eyeguard Fitting Kit is supplied at a significantly lower cost than the equivalent in standard stock frames.

Each kit contains:

4 frames (Sizes S, M & L in Temple versions and XL in Strap version) stored in a compact display unit.

A handy brochure showing the available colour options for each style/size and an A4 counter card.

Information

Adjustable temple tips

With just a click the temple can be interchanged with the supplied elasticated strap.

Protection and Comfort

The soft-touch rubber inserts on the inside of the frame front and on the inside of the temples ensures a perfect fit with maximum impact resistance. Furthermore, ocular design enhances performance to prevent fogging.

High Quality

The eyewear is compliant with EU regulation (2016/425) and the harmonised standard EN 166:2001, featuring polycarbonate lenses with an index of 1.59.

Double function

This frame can be worn with the adjustable temple ends or with a simple click the latter with the supplied elastic band which guarantees a better hold during physical activity.

Ventilation System and Anti-Fog Treatment

The integrated ventilation system combined with the anti-fog treatment on the plano lenses reduces fogging.

Protection and comfort

The frame made of nylon and the lenses made of polycarbonate make the frame safe and shock resistant. The soft touch rubber inserts on the inside of the front provide a perfect fit.

Certification

The sports frame is an individual protection product category 2° according to the Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and the standard EN 166:2001.

Tests

The tests, carried out by Certottica, show that the frame offers guaranteed adequate mechanical protection as it protects the wearer from small objects at high speed and low energy impact during sporting activity. The test has also shown that the ocular offers good performance as it has antifog resistance.

Technology

The eyecups have been designed with ample height to improve protection and allow the adaptation of progressive lenses.

The security bevel reinforces protection to the maximum. In the event of a strong impact, the bevel, oversized on the inner side, prevents the lens from dislodging and making contact with the eye socket.

The Bigoma Technology in the temples provides elasticity and adherence, ensuring proper fit and total comfort.
