Harmony, Palmview - Halloween Competition Terms and Conditions
1.
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.
Entry is open to all residents of Harmony aged 18 years of age or older.
3.
The competition starts at 10am on Monday, 21 October 2024.
4.
The competition closes at 10am on Friday, 1 November 2024. Three winners will be notified by the Promoter via direct message from the Promoter on the Harmony Facebook page by 5pm on Friday, 1 November 2024. In the event of a prize not being accepted or claimed prior to 5pm on Monday, 4 November 2024, the winner/s who fail to accept or claim a prize will be taken to have forfeited their prize and no redraws will be conducted.
5.
To enter the competition, participants are required to comment with a photo of either: a.
Their Halloween themed decorated house on the Halloween Competition Facebook post on the Harmony Facebook page; or
b.
Their individual Halloween costume on the Halloween Competition Facebook post on the Harmony Facebook page.
c.
Their pet dressed in Halloween themed costume on the Halloween Competition Facebook post on the Harmony Facebook page.
6.
Each of the winners who validly accept the prize prior to 5pm on Monday, 4 November 2024, will receive one of three Halloween Hampers (Prize value $84AUD per hamper; total prize value $252AUD).
7.
Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If, for any reason, a winner does not accept the prize by the 5pm on Monday, 4 November 2024, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter.
8.
The Promoter has absolute discretion in choosing winners. The Promoter’s decision is final.
9.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected emails or mail.
10. If for any reason this competition is not capable of being run as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition without any notice to participants.
