* Active-duty and reserve members of the United States Armed Forces from all branches ranking as NCOs, lieutenants, captains, majors, colonels, and general officers with critical roles in aircraft maintenance, sustainment, operations, logistics, and life cycle management programs.

United States Department of Defense (DOD) civilian employees, appointed to the federal civil service across the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard as well as other defense agencies with critical roles in aircraft maintenance, sustainment, operations, logistics, and life cycle management programs.

A valid U.S. military email address is required at time of registration.
