Exciting Developments at Avalon Park Wesley Chapel Exciting times are ahead for Avalon Park Wesley Chapel as it gears up for a series of remarkable developments. With a blend of new residential, commercial, and infrastructural projects, Avalon Park is on the brink of a transformation that will make it an even more desirable place to live, learn, work, and play. Avalon Park Wesley Chapel is set to expand its commercial space significantly. The community is entitled to 500,000 square feet of commercial space upon completion, projected within the next 5-10 years. The Flats at Avalon Park will welcome new residents at the end of the summer, and pre-leasing for Middleburg’s Mosby at Avalon Park multifamily units have begun.
