From new businesses to expanding amenities and educational opportunities, the vision of a true Live, Learn, Work, and Play community is steadily becoming a reality. One of the most anticipated additions is Dunkin’, slated to open in June 2026. This well-known favorite will offer residents and visitors a convenient stop for coffee, breakfast, and everyday moments, adding to the growing list of amenities within the community.

Admission is not guaranteed, if applications exceed available seats, then selection will be determined by a random lottery.
