Holiday Traditions Return to Downtown Avalon Park
December is a special time in Avalon Park, when our community comes together to celebrate the holiday season through traditions both old and new. This month, Downtown Avalon Park will be filled with festive gatherings, family activities, and opportunities to connect with neighbors as we close out the year with gratitude and joy.
Beyond Avalon Aglow, December is filled with additional opportunities to enjoy the season. Families can stop by the Marketplace for Milk and Cookies with Santa, a cozy and festive gathering perfect for holiday photos and sweet treats. Cyclists of all ages can participate in the Holiday Light Bike Tour, a glowing group ride through Avalon’s decorated streets. The Rotary Club Holiday At the heart of the season is Avalon Aglow, Wine Walk also returns this month, offering presented by AdventHealth, returning on a cheerful evening stroll through Downtown Saturday, December 6th from 3–9 p.m. with tastings and stops at local businesses. This 27th annual celebration transforms Downtown Avalon Park into a winter As we approach the end of the year, Avalon wonderland. The afternoon kicks off with Park will host not one but two celebrations the Holiday Parade at 3 p.m., featuring local to ring in 2026.
