Overview ● Project is more than 70% complete ● 12-hole loop is complete and in the grow-in phase ● Remaining work: 6 holes and Driving Range ○ Holes 4 and 11 are close to complete ○ Range design is complete and shaping has begun ○ Final bridge work in process. Youth Programming Begins
Fulfillment of our mission has begun! We have been quoted as saying “this project is not about golf” and it is not. It is about redirecting the lives of the youth of North County, North City and beyond, and it is about preserving a community asset.
First Tee – Greater St. Louis We welcomed First Tee – Greater St. Louis to Normandie Golf Club as the first golfers on the course! The kids are utilizing the practice green, 18th green, and the first tee box. Select older First Tee participants have been able to play holes 16-18 on Saturdays.
Evan Scholars Caddie Program ~Normandie’s First Caddie Class~
Seventeen (17) Normandie caddies have undergone training and are taking their first steps as caddies! They have begun spotting at Bellerive Country Club to start logging rounds - which will go towards their total for Evan Scholars credit as they work towards potential scholarship eligibility.
