Reuben Egg Rolls with Thousand Island Dip YIELD: 12 EGG ROLLS
FOR THE THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING:
2 tablespoons minced shallot 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish 4 ½ teaspoons ketchup
DRESSING DIRECTIONS: 1. Mince shallot. Place into a mixing bowl. 2. Add yogurt, mayonnaise, relish, and ketchup. Whisk together until combined. Dip with egg rolls. Enjoy!
