THE VIKING WELCOME CHECKLIST Hello, Viking! We’re excited for you to start your fall semester at Augustana. Check out the below list for some important steps to begin your AU journey.
If you haven’t already
r Augustana ID: Upload a photo onlilne at idupload.augie.edu. You can pick up your student ID on move-in day. r Financial Aid: Talk with a representative from Financial Aid if you have questions about your scholarships, work study and/or loans. The Business Office is also available to discuss payment plans. Financial Aid: financial.aid@augie.edu Business Office: business.office@augie.edu r Housing Application: Submit your housing application on your my.augie.edu portal. r Meal Plan: Select your meal plan. (This is part of your housing application.) r Augustana Email: Log in to your Ole email account and keep checking it — you’ll start receiving more communications later this summer. r Transcripts: Submit your final high school transcript and dual credit transcripts to admission@augie.edu.
r Housing Assignments and Roommates: Check your housing assignment on the my.augie.edu portal and connect with your future roommate.
This summer
r Parking Permits: Submit your parking permit request on the my.augie.edu portal. r Health Forms: Complete your immunization form found on the my.augie.edu portal. r Billing: Your first bill will be posted mid-July on your my.augie.edu portal. r Media Consent: Complete the media consent form found in the my.augie.edu portal. r Scholarships: Report any outside scholarships at augie.edu/FinAidOutside. r Move-in: Sign up for your move-in time. Watch your Ole email for more details and the sign-up links.
Before you arrive on campus
r Textbooks: Order your textbooks so you have them for the beginning of the Fall Semester, which begins on Aug. 26, 2026. r Canvas: Log in to Canvas, our online learning system. Take a look around before your first day of class. The link to Canvas can be found at augie.edu/current-students. r Navigate: Download and log in to the Navigate360 Student app. Augustana uses this as a way to communicate with students — be in the know! r Work: Apply for on-campus employment or a work study job through the ADP Student Career Portal. r Become a Viking: Prepare for Welcome Week and FUN!
