Property consultancy Eddisons has staged a groundbreaking multi-venue auction event, giving more than 100 invited guests a rare, behind-thescenes look at how its high-tech property auctions are run.
Bringing together its three auction arms - Manchesterbased Pugh, Sheffield-headquartered Mark Jenkinson, and Nottingham-based SDL Property Auctions - the firm delivered an industry first: a live-streamed, multi-venue auction broadcast from mortgage lender Together Money’s Stockport head office and Eddisons’ Nottingham auction studio.
Guests, including clients, industry partners and professionals from across the property and auction sectors, gathered in Stockport to watch the first 15 lots of the firm’s September national property auction go under the hammer. Bidding took place online and by phone, while attendees experienced the fast-paced atmosphere of a live sale.

About Eddisons

The action then switched to Eddisons’ Nottingham studio, where the remainder of the catalogue was broadcast to a nationwide audience. The event offered a unique opportunity to witness the full auction process in motionfrom technical setup and bidder management to the moment the gavel fell - and to meet the teams behind some of the UK’s most successful regional and national property auctions.
Eddisons’ National Director, Andy Thompson, said: “This was an exciting first for us. Although bidding took place online and by phone, the day gave guests their first real insight into the pace, professionalism and energy that goes into every one of our live-streamed auctions. It was a fantastic showcase of our teams’ expertise and a great day filled with competitive bidding, exciting hammer falls and successful results for our clients nationwide.”
Held in partnership with Together Money, the event reflects Eddisons’ continued investment in innovation and technology to enhance accessibility, transparency and engagement across the UK property market.
Eddisons’ next live-streamed national property auction will take place on 29 October.
Eddisons is a leading UK property consultancy with over 30 offices and 500 professionals. The firm delivers expert advice across the commercial, industrial and public sectors, combining national reach with local expertise.
