CURRICULUM LINKS

Our resources are developed by educators and teaching artists who keep them current with curriculum changes and with today’s theatre practice.

ATC Creative Learning is designed for kaiako in schools and kura across Aotearoa. Our live productions are enjoyed by ākonga studying NCEA, IB and Cambridge, and support learning in multiple areas, including English, Drama and Languages. Digital Classroom is growing too, widening the reach of theatre both across the motu and across subject areas.

$75 per Zoom session: a 25-minute creative workshop and a 10-minute Q&A.

Each education pack is pitched at the same year levels as its play and has three sections. About the Play and Making the Play give history and background for ākonga in any subject area. Classroom Activities is aligned with NCEA Drama, including the live performance standards at Level 1 (91943), Level 2 (91219) and Level 3 (91518). Our workshops take the rehearsal room into your school, bringing Drama and English classrooms to life.
