A little help from our guests (guests’ responsibilities) We hope you have a lovely holiday and enjoy your accommodation, Auchrannie and Arran.
We most certainly don’t want you to spend your holiday cleaning but before checking out, we would appreciate if you can assist us by leaving accommodation tidy and in the state of order it was found at the start of your stay. This means we can spend the limited amount of time we have at changeover making sure accommodation is presented to 5 star standards for arriving guests. Please could you:
- dispose of all rubbish and empty bins (please see recycling information below)
- clean all crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware and utensils and put away in the correct places. (It’s fine to put the dishwasher on an economy cycle and leave it running) - clear all food from the fridge, freezer and cupboards
- place all towels in the laundry bag provided
During your stay we’d appreciate if you:
- keep your VIP (very important pet) off the furniture, including sofas and beds – unless you have brought a pet covering for this purpose - only smoke in external areas
We reserve the right to levy an additional charge of £100 if unreasonable levels of extra cleaning or servicing works is needed. Damage caused and external contractors will be charged at cost + 15% admin fee. We understand your excitement in using our external spaces but please remember the neighbours and the environment.
Have a wonderful holiday and if we can be of any assistance at any time please contact us by dialing ‘0’ from your lodge or retreat.
