The Executive MBA unfolds over 15 months through a carefully designed weekend-based blended learning format. Participants convene at the AUB Academic and Executive Hub in Dubai every three weeks for seventeen intensive, high-impact residencies held on Saturdays and Sundays, combining collaborative learning, group work, and real-world applications. The journey includes an international residency at a pertner global business school, o ering global exposure and advanced insights into contemporary leadership and business practices Participants conclude the experience with a rigorous capstone project that translates insights into measurable impact
