Sleep Sounder. Study Better. Get to Class Faster. AUA s housing just got even nicer! Our brand-new on-campus apartments are just a three-minute walk to class and are fully furnished. This housing unit consists of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. On-Campus Housing also features a wheelchair accessible living unit, which is a 2-bedroom apartment modified to meet ADA accessibility requirements. It has an enlarged bathroom with an accessible shower, toilet, and lavatory. The kitchen is configured for wheelchair accessibility and all doorways are configured for ease of passage.

Jabberwock Ocean Villas consists of beautiful 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartments that are located directly across from the beach, and just a short drive to campus. Each villa and apartment features spacious bedrooms with individual bathrooms. Villas also include an ample kitchen, open-plan dining and living areas, laundry washer/dryer and a charming fenced backyard. Students must supply their own router and Ethernet cables for WiFi.

This two-story building made from Antiguan green stone, comprises of ten apartments, each with two private bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Each bedroom boasts ocean views. A smart TV is mounted on the living room wall and a laundry room is conveniently located on the premises.

Housing options available on a first deposited, first-served basis. Each student assigned to University approved housing will be charged a $1,000 Housing Damage Deposit (HDD), which will be due, with rent, at the beginning of the term. At the end of the term, after students move out and turn in their keys, and after inspections have been completed of all vacated units (Please allow 6-8 weeks post move out) HDDs will be credited back to the student’s housing account. Any resultant credit balance will then be eligible for refund.

AUA defines single as bedrooms occupied by one person.

Double as apartments occupied by two persons.

Housing is provided exclusively for students. Family, friends, or any other visitors are not permitted to reside for any period of time in University–sponsored housing. Please plan accordingly to have guests make plans to stay in a hotel if they come to visit.
