"The Catalyst's Way - Storytellers' Companion Guide 2023" is part of a series of learning materials that accompanied a workshop on leadership at the Global Atlantic Fellows Annual Convening 2023 delivered by Professor Chellie Spiller. It includes personal reflections on different forms of leadership from Atlantic Fellows, Atlantic Fellows program staff and the president and CEO of The Atlantic Philanthropies. Chellie from the University of Waikato Management School, New Zealand, focuses on Indigenous leadership and has also authored the popular book "Wayfinding Leadership." Her other books include "Authentic Leadership," "Practical Wisdom Leadership and Culture," and "Indigenous Spiritualities at Work". Chellie brings extensive executive corporate experience to her academic work and leadership development programs across New Zealand and internationally.
