A vital aspect of the annual evaluation of the Chief Financial Officer (CSFO) is the gathering of input from directors and administrators within the school system. This data assists the school board in assessing the superintendent's effectiveness in various areas of responsibility. Use this instrument to rate the CSFO's performance over the preceding year.
