In the heart of Buc, near Versailles, the Alain Ellouz Paris atelier is a sanctuary of creation where craftsmanship meets innovation. Here, blocks of alabaster and quartz are transformed—under the expert hands of master artisans—into exceptional lighting pieces and monumental works. Each creation is born from a subtle dialogue between raw material and the designers’ vision, blending technical precision with artistic freedom. More than an atelier, Buc is a laboratory of excellence—a place where luminous icons are conceived, now radiating across the world.

Founded in 2021 by Hugo Danneels and Julie Figueroa Zafiro, the atelier brings together design and contemporary fine craftsmanship. Their approach explores the transformation of materials, from charred wood to leather, combining traditional gestures with experimentation to create evocative pieces where savoir-faire and poetry converge.

Jean-Marc Mouchet’s approach is rooted in a dual education in Fine Arts and Applied Arts, combining the rigor of drawing with a masterful command of materials. Since 1993, he has been designing comprehensive interior architectures—from overall volumes to the finest details—in close collaboration with exceptional artisans. His bespoke projects, in France and internationally, unite contemporary rigor, comfort, and a powerful sense of expression.
