Smoked Tuna and White Bean Burgers
Ingredients 2 cans Table One Smoked Tuna with White Beans 1 egg, lightly beaten ½ cup breadcrumbs ½ cup finely chopped celery 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp olive oil 4 everything bagels Optional: lettuce, tomato, onion Instructions In a large bowl, combine tuna, egg, breadcrumbs, celery, and mayonnaise. Stir until well combined and shape into 4 patties. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high. Cook burgers until lightly golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Carefully flip and cook opposite side for additional 4-5 minutes. Serve on toasted everything bagel with desired toppings.
