¾cupcottagecheese

½tspfreshthymeleaves

Saltandpepper

4ozCelebrityGoatOriginalgoatcheese

12RutherfordandMeyerPeppercorncrackers

Instructions

Preheatovento375degreesF.

In a large bowl combine eggs, cottage cheese, thyme, salt and pepper. Whisk well until fully combined. Stir in goat cheese. Line a 12-hole muffin tin with liners. Place one cracker in the bottom of each liner. Divide egg batter evenly into each liner. Transfer to oven and bake 15 minutes, or until center is just set. Remove and serve immediately.
