Ground Lamb Smash Tacos with Whipped Mezze Spread Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Makes: 4 Ingredients For the Lamb: 1 lb ground lamb 2 teaspoons cumin 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon cinnamon salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons olive oil For Assembly: 8 small or 4 large flour tortillas 1 container MT VIKOS Whipped Mezze Spread ½ red onion, thinly sliced ½ cup cucumber, diced fresh parsley Instructions Mix ground lamb with cumin, paprika, garlic powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form lamb into 4 or 8 balls then press into the tortillas to create thin patties about ¼ inch thick. Heat a large cast-iron skillet or pan over medium-high heat with olive oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the lamb is done and crispy. Flip and cook another 1-2 minutes. Top each smash taco with a generous layer of MT VIKOS Whipped Mezze Spread, red onion, cucumber and parsley.
