Strawberry Dutch Baby with Piped Devon Cream Co. Clotted Cream
Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 15-20 minutes Ingredients 3 large eggs, room temp 2/3 cup milk 2/3 cup flour, sifted 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp lemon zest 1 tsp pure vanilla extract ½ tsp kosher salt 2 Tbsp unsalted butter 1/3 cup Dalmatia Strawberry Spread Devon Cream Cream Co. Clotted Cream, for serving powdered sugar, for serving Instructions Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a blender or food processor add the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, lemon zest, vanilla, and salt. Blend well until all ingredients are combined (about 30 seconds). The batter will be thin. Heat an oven-proof skillet to med-high heat. Add the butter and swirl around, coating the pan while the butter melts. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, carefully add the batter to the skillet. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the dutch baby is puffed and lightly brown around the edges. Serve with Dalmatia Strawberry Spread and piped Devon Cream Co. Clotted Cream, top with powdered sugar.
