Creamy Goat Cheese Corn and Black Bean Dip Serves 8-10

Ingredients 2 - 4 oz logs CELEBRITY Goat Cheese, at room temperature ½ cup sour cream 2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp smoked paprika ½ tsp kosher salt 1 (6 oz) can black beans, drained 1 (6 oz) can sweet corn, drained 1 cup Monterey jack cheese 3 scallions, green and white parts chopped 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl combine goat cheese, sour cream, chili powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth. Stir in black beans, corn, cheese, scallions, jalapeño, and cilantro. Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish and bake 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips or preferred chips and veggies.
