

Creamy Goat Cheese Corn and Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
2 - 4 oz logs CELEBRIT Y Goat Cheese, at room temperature
½ cup sour cream
2 t sp chili powder
1 t sp smoked papr ik a
½ t sp kosher salt
1 (6 oz) can black beans, drained
1 (6 oz) can sweet cor n, drained
1 cup Monterey jack cheese
3 scallions, green and white par t s chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
Tor tilla chips for ser ving

Instructions
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl combine goat cheese, sour cream, chili powder, smoked papr ika , and salt until smooth. Stir in black beans, cor n, cheese, scallions, jalapeño, and cilantro. Transfer to a 2 quar t bak ing dish and bake 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Ser ve war m with tor tilla chips or preferred chips and veggies.
