Smart systems, nclud ng LED ghting, motorized window curtains, and a spec alized e evator mechanism, provide support for these double volume spaces.
Expansive window openings establ sh a visual link between the interior and exterior spaces. Transparent Luminescent So ar Concentrator (TLSC) lms are thoughtfully appl ed to both skylights and windows, serv ng to lter diffused day ght nto the indoor areas. S mu taneously, these lms capture valuab e solar energy throughout the day for later storage.
The green turf on the rooftop decks serves as alternative spaces for re axation and acts as a strategy to recla m ost natural green cover within the spatial environment.

SEWAGE WASTE MANAGEMENT: SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED TO ENSURE THAT WASTE IS RECYCLED AND TREATED THEREBY IMPROVING THE ENVIRONMENT.


FIRE / HAZARD MANAGEMENT: HIGH-RISK AREAS AND ACTIVITIES SUSCEPTIBLE TO FIRE HAVE BEEN STRATEGICALLY GROUPED TO CONTAIN THE POTENTIAL SPREAD IN CASE OF ACCIDENTS. FURTHERMORE, THE INCORPORATION OF FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, SMOKE DETECTORS, AND SPRINKLER SYSTEMS HAS BEEN METICULOUSLY CONSIDERED TO MITIGATE FIRE HAZARDS.

ENSURING A COOLER ENVIRONMENT DURING THE DRY SEASON AND A WARMER ONE IN THE WET SEASON. ADDITIONALLY, THESE DESIGNATED AREAS CONTRIBUTE TO EROSION CONTROL, REDUCING THE LOSS OF SOILS INTO WATERWAYS.

These spaces provide supplementary amenities for users to partake in, fostering opportunities for socialization and relaxation. This augmentation enhances the overall functional value of the location.
