Every year, over 200,000 visitors attend across three days, making the event the biggest selling platform of the year for exhibitors in agriculture, machinery, livestock, retail, and lifestyle sectors.

When applying, you will be asked to select the most relevant category. The NPA reserves the right to place you in the marquee and position that best suits your business and maintains a good balance of exhibitors. This ensures a strong mix, fair competition, and an enjoyable visitor experience.

Outdoor exhibitors benefit from huge visibility, high visitor traffic, and the space to display, demonstrate, and sell at scale.
Who Exhibits Outdoors? Outdoor stands are most suitable for exhibitors who need room to showcase large equipment, livestock, or open-air demonstrations. What does each supply mean? 6kW Single Phase (220v) – Standard supply for most exhibitors. It comes in a blue socket box at the back of your stand, suitable for normal appliances, lights, fridges, or small equipment. You’ll need your own 16A blue plug and lead to connect into your marquee/stand. 3 Phase Supply (63A 3 phase & neutral & earth) – Heavy-duty supply for large machinery, catering equipment, or high-power tools. The 3phase cable is left at the back of your stand. Exhibitors must arrange their own consumer unit and Safe Electric-certified electrician to connect internally. Booking Process and Key Dates Booking your stand is straightforward. Follow these steps to secure your space and make sure you don’t miss key deadlines. 1️⃣ Fill out the Expression of Interest form (online). See www.npa.ie under Exhibitor Tab. 2️⃣ If approved NPA will add you to mailing list to receive booking platform login details in Early 2026 3️⃣ Log in and place booking and pay deposit to secure your space before the 30th April to avail of early bird rate. After this date rates will increase. Key Dates: - Early Bird Rate Deadline: 30th April 2026
