Cattle will be sold under the standard terms & conditions issued by the American Angus Association. Announcements made from the block will take precedence over printed material.
SHIPPING
Arrangements for shipment of pregnancies is expected to be made by the purchaser; please let sale management know if you need assistance. All embryos/semen/genetic material shipment is responsibility of purchaser.
GUARANTEE
All embryo lots of 3 are guaranteed 1 pregnancy if performed by a certified ET Technician. Any other lots are specific to the number of embryos in the offering, and will be set forth on lot description.
IMPORTANT FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Lots must be paid in-full prior to release of genetic material, and/or transfer of registration. If invoiced, payment is expected within 30 days. Anything past 60 days from the invoicing date, and the sale may be forfeited at the seller’s discretion. Finance charges will apply after 60 days.
