Cattle will sell under the suggested Terms and Conditions of each respective breed association.

PICKUP & DELIVERY

If you are not able to pick up purchased bulls after the sale, please notify sale management at checkout time and arrangements can be made to accommodate your needs. Cattle will be available for loadout following close of sale.

BULL GUARANTEE

All bulls selling have passed a breeding soundness exam and trichinosis test prior to the sale. The Chosen Sale Group guarantees all bulls selling against breeding injury, and to be sound breeders for the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90-day period following the first turnout of the bulls. If a problem arises, contact the seller or Joel Judge. No claims will be accepted after six months from the sale date.

FINANCIALS

Lots must be paid in-full prior to release of genetic material, and/or transfer of registration. If invoiced, payment is expected within 30 days. Anything past 60 days from the invoicing date, and the sale may be forfeited at the seller’s discretion. Finance charges will apply after 60 days.
