Liz Andert is the Director of Digital Customer Experience for H.B. Fuller. She has over 20 years of marketing experience with ten years of those in the adhesives and sealants industry. Her responsibilities include leading digital transformation and culture, corporate digital marketing, website, social media, digital mergers and acquisitions, process improvement, automating digital touchpoints, building a robust technology stack, project management and connecting and optimizing technologies to improve employee and customer experiences.
JEREMY BESS, Economists, Stantec’s Market Economic Insights
Jeremy Bess is an Economist with over a decade of experience. A University of Tampa graduate with an MBA from the University of South Florida, he has worked in investment management, insurance advisory, and economic research all while layering in countless keynotes. Now part of Stantec’s Market Economic Insights and Solutions team, Jeremy specializes in providing clear, actionable strategies to businesses and policy makers, using his expertise in economic trends and statistics.

Alex Chausovsky is the President of 3DM Consulting. Following life as a professional basketball player, Kurt re-created his successes in education, radio, television, and corporate presentation. Scott is the President of Industry Insights, a 25-person research firm widely respected for delivering data-driven analysis to associations. Scott is a CPA and holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University, an MBA from Capital University, and a BA in Corporate Finance from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.

Patrick Luce is an Economist and Professor with a Master’s in economics from the University of South Florida. DAN MURAD, President and CEO, The ChemQuest Group, Inc.
Daniel Murad has over 40 years of specialty chemicals and materials experience, with a strong background in polymer science. Dan’s market/industry background in chemical intermediates, polymers, and formulated products industries includes but is not limited to CASE, home and industrial care, pharma, personal care, specialty cleaners, plastics and composites, lubricants, and others. Dan was inducted into the Adhesive and Sealant Council Hall of Fame in 2025 and has served on numerous industry organizations and committees, including: American Chemistry Council, American Coatings Association, FEICA, founder and chairman of the High Barrier Coatings Committee-TAPPI, former chairman of the ASC and AMA Supplier Committees, chairman of CMA Responsible Care Product Stewardship Committee, member of ACS, SSPC, and American and European Coatings Associations. He also serves as an Independent Board Director on three private company boards.
JEFF ORAVITZ, Former CEO of Seal For Life Industries and MetoKote Corporation
Jeff Oravitz is a strategic advisor and board member to the middle market private equity and angel investing spaces, focusing on CASE materials and specialty industrials. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Seal For Life Industries from 2019 to 2024 and previously served as Chief Executive Officer of MetoKote Corporation from 2011 to 2016. He serves as a Board Advisor to NanoCatalytics (specialty catalyst materials), is the Lead Director of Limber Prosthetics (3D printed prosthetics), and is a Board Director of IXS Coatings. Jeff is a native of Pittsburgh, PA, and has received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemistry and an MBA, both with honors from the University of Pittsburgh.
