Tuesday Opening Keynote

Positive Disruption: How to Lead Growth Through Joyful Innovation & The Innovation Compass: Charting Your Course to Success

Kaiser Yang, CEO & Co-Founder, Platypus Labs

The business you’re running today isn’t the business you’ll be running next year. In this moment of volatility and uncertainty, we are being called to lead in a radically different way... more decisive, creative, and adaptable. So how can we use this defining moment to ensure relevancy, sustainability, and success in the future? In this inspiring and practical keynote, innovation and leadership expert Kaiser Yang delivers an energizing and actionable framework to help leaders thrive in the face of uncertainty. Kaiser will share proven mindsets and techniques to help leaders of innovation in how to leverage their skills and resources and move into uncharted territory with confidence.

Tuesday Afternoon Keynote and Awards Presentation Lunch

State of the Association Address & Innovation Awards Presentation

Bill Allmond, President, Adhesive and Sealant Council

Join President Bill Allmond as he presents the recipients of the 2026 ASC Innovation Award.

ASC’s prestigious Innovation Award recognizes outstanding companies that differentiate and make significant impacts in the marketplace through innovation. Additionally, recipients of this year’s awards will provide a short presentation on their innovations.

Wednesday Morning Keynote

Economic Outlook

Anirban Basu, MPP, MA, JD, Ph.D., Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Sage Policy Group, Inc.

Everyone is speculating about what 2026 will bring. After an incredibly active 2025, can the U.S. economy maintain its momentum, or will lingering economic uncertainty translate into the next recession? In this fast-paced, data-driven presentation, we will monitor the latest trends in employment, housing, commercial real estate, financial markets, and output. You can expect some surprises, perhaps an insight or two, and maybe even a few laughs as we characterize the present and predict the future.

Wednesday Afternoon Keynote

Manufacturing and Supply Chain Digitization: From Intuition to Data Driven

Decision Making

Professor David Simchi-Levy, MIT Supply Chain and Manufacturing Management requires addressing a variety of complex decision-making challenges, from sourcing strategies to planning and execution all the way to detecting anomalies in manufacturing processes. Motivated by the recent advances in Large Language Models (LLMs), we will report how this disruptive technology can democratize manufacturing and supply chain technology and how we apply LLMs to address the challenges described above, thus substantially reducing the decision time from days and weeks to minutes and hours as well as dramatically increasing planners’ and executives’ productivity and impact.

Wednesday Closing Keynote Invisible But Indispensable: How Adhesives Drive Product Sustainability Across Industries

Elizabeth Staab, Global Packaging Sustainability Manager, H.B. Fuller

Adhesives may be small and often overlooked, yet they play a pivotal role in enabling product performance, durability, and increasingly, sustainability. As consumer expectations rise and legislation such as Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) expands across sectors—from electronics to packaging—brands are being held accountable for the full lifecycle of their products, including end-oflife outcomes. In this presentation, Elizabeth Staab, Global Packaging Sustainability Director, will explore how adhesives contribute to sustainable design, recyclability, and repairability. Through real-world examples across diverse industries, she will demonstrate how adhesives empower producers and brands to meet environmental goals, comply with evolving regulations, and deliver on their sustainability promises.
