Business Process Improvement and Staff Shortages It seems that all industries are experiencing staff shortages at present, but maybe the most seriously impacted is the schools’ sector. Unfortunately, there are no short-term solutions. Of course, the teacher shortage is the most concerning issue for schools, and we are hearing that state governments are considering a number of initiatives. While online learning does not succeed unless there are teachers to provide management and support to students, there are many circumstances where it can enhance learning outcomes.
