Alejandro De Narváez
Artist with more than thirty-five years of experience, whose practice has evolved between figurative sculpture and contemporary abstraction. His work explores the relationship between form, space, and movement, integrating materials such as bronze, aluminum, iron, wood, and mixed media. He has participated in international exhibitions and art fairs, developing a distinctive sculptural language.
The work of Alejandro de Narváez transcends the conventional limits of art by encompassing both painting and monumental sculptural work and its three-dimensionality that dominate the space with its imposing presence.
Each piece is a manifestation of his artistic explorations, a convergence of shapes and volumes that fuse reality with subjective interpretation.
Narváez's passion for challenging expectations and exploring new artistic possibilities is clearly reflected in his large-format sculptures that provide the environment with an unbreakable visual dialogue. The interaction between the work and the viewer is unique and captivating, as the imposing forms invite deep contemplation and a tangible connection with artistic expression. Meticulously sculpted details allow each work to gradually reveal itself, revealing layers of meaning and emotion.

The work of Hummingbird
His most recent work includes a series of Nature and Movement Thread Sculptures / Kinetic Art Click to explore the video

In this series of sculptures, Alejandro De Narváez explores the flight of the hummingbird as an ephemeral and vibrant phenomenon, impossible to definitively fix in matter. Through the use of thread, the artist constructs light structures that do not seek to represent the bird, but rather to activate the sensation of its flight: a suspended energy, a constant oscillation, a latent movement.
These works belong to the realm of kinetic art, not through mechanization, but through subtlety. Movement is not imposed, but rather triggered by air, light, and the viewer’s movement. Each piece responds differently to its environment, generating continuous variations that evoke the beating of the hummingbird’s wings and its ability to remain almost motionless in flight.
Thread functions as a three-dimensional line that draws in space. Form is not presented as a closed volume, but as an open structure in constant transformation. The void becomes an active material, and movement an essential component of the work, allowing each sculpture to fully exist only in time.
Situated between drawing, sculpture, and installation, these kinetic pieces propose a perceptual experience rather than a fixed image. Light and shadow amplify the effect of movement, multiplying possible readings and reinforcing the idea of instability and transience.
The hummingbird, a symbol of precision, resilience, and vitality, becomes a metaphor for the balance between control and freedom. In their apparent fragility, these sculptures reveal a profound reflection on the nature of movement and on the possibility of making visible that which, like flight, exists fully only in the instant.
The work of Botticelli Curls

Botticelli in his painting, in his work and his composition, developed in a very special way the curls of women, with them he counted on the purity, innocence, love and virtues of each of his models and muses.
Botticelli developed in a very special way the curls of women each of them from mythology. Even abstraction comments on the wisdom that each of the women has, who in addition to having the joy of being mothers, are guides of life.
