We’re excited to share updates from across our programs and teams This monthly newsletter is your space to celebrate milestones, stay informed, and remain connected to the work happening at Avery Road Treatment Center

First, the admin team extends a big thank you to everyone Each role from direct care to admin support, from clinical leadership to facility operations contributes to the impact we make every day Our staff’s compassion, consistency, and commitment are what keep the Avery Road mission alive.

Inside our newsletter, you’ll be introduced to our featured monthly segments like the department spotlight, staff on the spot, upcoming events, wellness tips, and snippets that highlight the voices of ARTC. How does your team balance safety with compassion in a care-focused environment like ours?

“We stay aware and pay close attention to what’s going on, but we also make it a point to talk with clients and meet them where they’re at Every situation is different, so we take things case by case For us, it’s about keeping everyone safe while also showing respect and compassion it’s not just what we do, but how we do it.”

What’s one thing you’re proud of about your team or how they’ve grown recently?

“I’ve seen new staff step up with real leadership.”

Bonus Fun Fact: What’s something people might not expect about working in security here?

“We probably walk more steps in a day than anyone else on site!”

Quinn is a super chill, always pleasant Community Tech who brings a calm presence to every shift. He’s been part of the ARTC team since 2023 and is known for his easygoing attitude and steady support
