The design consists of multiple stacked rectangular volumes, each slightly offset from the one below it, creating a dynamic, staggered appearance. This design not only adds visual interest but also creates spacious balconies for each level, offering outdoor living spaces. This building is distinctly modern and minimalist, characterized by its bold, geometric design and clean lines.
