• This is a residential cum commercial project. • The project has 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments.
• Two Clusters are planned and designed on one of the edge of site, connecting directly to the road, having shops on the ground floor and above two are office floors. Each Cluster has two stairs and two elevators.
• It has all the amenities to facilitate the needs of the residents. A club House is also designed with a open terrace swimming pool, Gym, Hall, Indoor Games Area.

• A conference hall is designed at the second floor with capacity of 300 persons.
• The skylight running through the shed above atrium allows soft interior natural light throughout the day and adds an aesthetic bold element to the building facade.

• Library and labs are placed at the central part of first and second floor
• Stairways and landings are easily identifiable and offer places for small gatherings.
• Being MBA BLOCK of DCRUST, the concept is to design a building that takes many aesthetic clues from the surrounding buildings but does not mimic it & to create a learning environment with interactive spaces to improve communication and interaction.
• Class rooms, tutorial rooms are placed at left and right portion of first and second floor.
• Design is mix of the traditional brick façade with a modern touch of glass at front façade and ac panels at roof which are used to give an organic form to building.
