SPRAY GUNS

Graco Probler P2

Recognized by the industry for its superior performance, the P2 gun's light, easy to handle design lets you spray and maneuver easily - even in difficult spraying positions. At the end of the day, maintenance is easy. No cleaning small air passages with tiny drill bits. The Graco P2 has check valves that separate the liquid portion and dry side of the gun.

It's double-piston design provides more than 300 pounds (136 kg) of triggering force.

Anti-crossover design virtually eliminates possibility of material entering the air piston Balanced design,

Agitator

Some materials require mixing to optimize yield and performance. Follow your chemical manufactures recommendations to determine if an agitator is required. O ptions include expandin g blades or twistork style.

Sprayer

The primary piece of equipment required to spray foam insulatioin is your sprayer. Popular sprayers come in three types: electric, hydraulic, and air sprayers. The sprayers ob is to heat and pressurize the A and B chemicals and deliver them to the gun. Consider your typical applications, desired outputs, hose lengths, data capture and remote reporting needs when selecting a sprayer.

A minimum of 5 /1 6 in. plywood walls for interior covering on walls and ceilings. Walls and ceiling should be protected from damage from spills and abuse.

nsulated ceilings, walls and floor to maintain a constant temperature is important when working with chemicals that are temperature sensitive. E quipment manuals should be provided for all equipment.

Heated Hose

Hoses are engineered to precisely heat and work seamlessly with proportioners allowing for fast and uniform heating Consider temperature monitorin g technology of your proportioner, safety ratings of the hose, spray pressures, and scuff guard materials when selecting a heated hose.

Floor covering should be robust and stand up to years of day to day abuse including chemical spills and the daily loading of drums and equipment. Typical coverings include polyurea or diamond plate.

New Reactor Technology

Like you, we want customers to be completely satisfied with their spray foam and coatings application investment. Graco’s goal is to provide equipment advancements that help you and your crews apply materials more accurately and more efficiently – as the material suppliers intended, to help grow your business.

Reactor Connect

Reactor Connect lets you view your fleet and make real time adjustments to your proportioner all from your smartphone.

Sprayers:

• Control your Reactor 2 with your phone

• Save time when you’re spraying. Adjust the Reactor without having to go back to your rig.

Owners/Managers:

• Monitor your rigs/crews with the multi-system dashboard

• Troubleshoot an issue quiuckly by being able to see real-time machine conditions

• Provide documentation to a customer that material was sprayed on-ratio to the manufacturers specs

• Use reports to better understand your business, your equipment and your employees

• Use the Account Management System to setup a Company, invite users to join your Company, and assign Reactors to your Company for easy visibility and access to automatic reporting

• Have your spray data saved to the cloud

Ratio Assurance

Since no single method can easily and accurately detect all potential issues that may cause off-ratio foam to be sprayed, Graco has designed a multi-tiered system with built in redundancies that will provide the best results in monitoring and maintaining on-ratio spraying.

A robust Ratio Control System is more than just flow meters:

• Mechanically linked pumps

• Positive displacement piston pumps

• Outlet pressure monitoring

• Flow meters

• Inlet pressure monitoring

Portable and Touch-up Systems

Like you, we want customers to be completely satisfied with their spray foam and coatings application investment. Graco’s goal is to provide equipment advancements that help you and your crews apply materials more accurately and more efficiently – as the material suppliers intended, to help grow your business.

What portable and touch-up systems can do for you:

• Save time – get small jobs done fast without sacrificing performance

• Self-contained system – no transfer pumps required

• Easy to use – single knob motor operations

• Consistency – uses standard spray guns you’re familiar with

Reactor E-10hp and E-10

Expand your business with polyurea applications. The Reactor E-10hp and E-10 sprayer are a smart, affordable investment that will help grow your business. Even though they’re an entry level system, they pack plenty of power and use standard residential electrical outlets – no generator is needed.
