SLOTTED FENCE POST SYSTEMS A typical mould is made up of: One piece 3mm thick profile moulded polypropylene liner 3mm thick steel support channel, powder coated and with handles Polyurethane stop ends moulded to create either bobble, pyramid or round top profiles on top of your fence post.
The benefits of our market-leading Polypropylene liner system are as follows: Durability - Superior Impact Resistance / Abrasive Resistance. 3mm thickness - lightweight and easy to handle. Used in conjunction with the Armcon CRA3 Release Agent for stain-free product Superior Finish – high pattern definition & realistic reproduction, blemish-free moulding surfaces. Minimal demould taper required. Easy demould - due to nature of material being naturally "slippy". Long lasting –material is good for in excess of 10 million bends without cracking or splitting. Perfect for volume production runs. Leek Free Continuous Hinge - Allows for quick, easy demould – simple to remove - "one-click" action. Material retains its properties to a minimum of 1/2 mm. The more the polypropylene is worked the stronger they get.

ARMCLEAN - CONCRETE REMOVER This product has been specially formulated for Armcon as a powerful chemical cleaner to remove concrete splash and build up, protecting your concrete mixer. Quick and easy to use. Simply brush or pour onto the surface or immerse the parts to be cleaned in a bath of ARMCLEAN. Agitate with a brush and rinse away with water. Leave ARMCLEAN for approximately 30 minutes, depending on soilage and then wash off ideally with high pressure wash. ARMCLEAN when spray applied covers 5– 7m2/litre. This is to be used as a guide only as it depends on the build up of concrete present.

VIBRATING TABLES A professional heavy duty table designed to ensure optimum vibration for all types of precast products. Current trends in the precast concrete industry are towards the manufacture of a wide range of products. This requires a variable frequency to ensure that every product has the optimum vibration to suit its particular depth and type of mix – be it wet or dry-cast. The Armcon vibrating table is fitted with a 800kg range up to 4500 rpm force 3-phase vibrating motor but, with safety in mind, runs off a single phase 240volt supply. The motor has automatic dc braking which allows the direction of the motor to be quickly reversed without harm. The change in direction is a further way to improve the quality in the finished product. The invertor can be wall mounted or stand on its own support. The positions of optimum vibration can be pre-set ensuring a continuity to your product. Supplied complete with a variable speed control box, with range up to 4500 rpm. Speeds can easily be adjusted to suit the product being casted.

DOSER The Armcon Doser includes a holding hopper with a capacity of 0.5m3 for concrete. To dispense the concrete, a foot pedal is utilized to trigger the timed feed system. MAGNABLOC This equipment is versatile and suitable for use in both precast and site concrete production. It is capable of exerting up to 500 kg (900 lb) lift off force and provides a stable vertical surface with two 8mm (1/32 inch) fixing holes for attaching timber or metal shutters. No drilling or welding damage is incurred when adapting any steel bed or plate for variable casting dimensions, making this a costeffective solution with assured reuse. Additionally, a full range of other shapes can be manufactured to order. For producing flooring slabs narrower than the bed width, supporting planks can be used in conjunction with this equipment. MagnaBlocks are also an option for eliminating the need for wooden wedges, and a suggested spacing of 1 metre apart is recommended.
