Ready-to-use sterile draping kits are an excellent way to increase efficiency and reduce cross infection during surgical procedures. The Ongard Standard Draping Kit is a mid level kit that contains the basic items needed for a standard surgical implant procedure. Each kit has been packed to ensure quality control has been adhered to, before being sterilised using ethylene oxide.

EthOss® Degranulation Burs

For quick and effective debridement

EthOss® Degranulation burs are designed to remove degranulation tissue and debris from a site prior to grafting, ensuring the graft material can be placed in direct contact with healthy host bone and reducing the risk of failure.

The kits contain four burs of different sizes, each with large diamond cutting edges designed to “polish” the bone – aggressively removing all soft tissues without damaging the surrounding bone.

The burs are reusable up to 100 times making them a worthwhile investment for any implantologist.

Chemical Mode of Action

The gel contains sodium perborate, which reacts with moisture and saliva to release hydrogen peroxide. Enzymes naturally present in oral tissues then break down hydrogen peroxide into water and molecular oxygen. This controlled oxygen release penetrates biofilm and disrupts anaerobic bacteria that thrive in low-oxygen environments.
