OUTDOOR PLAZA
Student activity that diverse made college students need space as the center of their activities, therefore the holding of this project to answer existing needs. Student Center aims to accommodate various activities of college students in academic and non-academic. In project design Student Center bring the concept of collaborative and community hub as a response to the diversity and dynamism of complex college students activities, this concept aims to invite college students to carry out their activities so that the essence of this building is fulfilled.
this concept is applied to the design of buildings and landscapes by dividing several areas in the building according to their function and then connected to the plaza as an outdoor element and also as the center of the Student Center. the concept of collaboration and community is a concept that interacts between individual users and groups in the building which is oriented towards the central community. The important points of the concept building include:
there is a communal area center that integrates all areas as a center of activity, second point is an open concept that has meaning that reduces the boundaries between users, and the last point is the experience of a space in the form of a large staircase in an atrium that functions as a public space and also functions as an indirect monitoring for prevent crime.

this concept is applied to the design of buildings and landscapes by dividing several areas in the building according to their function and then connected to the plaza as an outdoor element and also as the center of the Student Center.
MASSING DIAGRAM
The composition of the mass in the design of the Student Center building is divided into 2 building masses. The orientation of the building faces west because the main campus road is located on the west side of the site, the front facade of the building is made slightly tilted to make it look dynamic and also in response to sunlight.
In the design of the Student Center building, the main mass is in the form of the main building and also the auditorium building, the main building has 3 levels of building floors while the auditorium building has 1 floor level. Between the two buildings there is a plaza as the main outdoor area.

Dojo Kurash Jatimulyo Year 2021 Location Jatimulyo, South Lampung Building Area 739,7 m2
This project is a Kurash martial arts facility building project that requires 3 types of space requirements including a martial arts training room, mini dormitory and mini gym, this project is divided into 2 building masses where the existing building is redesigned into a mini gym and additional buildings are used for dormitories and martial arts practice rooms.
This building is designed by considering the direction of the sun and also good air circulation because it takes into account the sports activities in it, the facade of the building also carries a clean and simple minimalist concept, and is also designed using a sloping roof because considering the site is in a tropical climate with heavy rainfall.

IW House Year 2021 Location Padang Cermin, Pesawaran Building Area 404,325 m2
This house is located in a rural market, in this context, privacy issues greatly affect the quality of life without compromising the connection between local residents. This building is a renovation project where the existing building is a shophouse that sells building supplies. the client needs a more comfortable residential area like a house in general, therefore the addition of the building area is carried out due to limited land. The client also wants the house design to accommodate large families who often come to visit, therefore, the house is designed with an open plan concept.
the interior concept uses a classic touch without giving the impression of being excessive, it is also dominated by earth tones so that it gives the impression of being comfortable and calm. This building has a facade with a classic and minimalist touch, dominated by white color and wide windows as a response to the surrounding environment because it is quite hot during the day, so that can reducing the intensity of heat in the room.

Mushola Baitul Ilmi Year 2020 Location Jati Agung, South Lampung Building Area 144,778 m2
This building is located in a rural area, precisely in rice fields, at the location of the land there is already an existing foundation so that the floor plan is based on the foundation that has been made. This building is inspired by the shape of the Kaaba as the direction of prayer for Muslims in all parts of the world, giving a simple impression but contrasting with the surrounding environment and this building is dominated by monochrome colors, in addition to adding roster material to give texture to the facade of the building so it doesn’t seem monotonous, In addition, the roster also serves to provide an illumination effect at night.
