SECRETARY ROLLINS ANNOUNCES NEW STATE FSA AND RD DIRECTORS U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins announced May 2 the latest slate of presidential appointments for Farm Service Agency (FSA) and Rural Development (RD) Arkansas Director roles. David Branscum will serve as state director for rural development in Arkansas. Most recently, David served as director of governmental affairs at the Arkansas Department of Education. He previously served as rural development state director during President Donald Trump’s first term and is a third-generation cattle rancher.

Ty Davis will serve as state executive director for the Farm Service Agency in Arkansas. Ty previously served as the state agriculture liaison for Sen. John Boozman and is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas. Continued on page 2

FOLLOW US ONLINE Annual Donation | The Arkansas Farm Bureau Foundation recently donated $25,000 for the Arkansas Hunters Feeding the Hungry (AHFH) Wild Game Snack Stick Program. IAn additional $30,000 has also been designated for matching donations made by county Farm Bureaus, individuals and other entities this year.
