Uttoxeter Racecard - Saturday 28th March

Page 1

Welcome to our fun-filled Sausage & Cider Festival Raceday and a particularly warm welcome to our sponsors today: QuinnBet, Doocey Group, Friends & family of Tom Rowley, Halso Fuels and Friends & family of Adam Johnson.

We have a fantastic card today, but it’s not all about the Racing. Sample a wide range of gourmet sausages and seasonal guest ciders available across the Racecourse. If Cider isn’t your preference, we still have a wide selection of Beers, Prosecco, Wine, Spirits and Soft Drinks to pick from. There is something for everyone.

It wouldn’t be the Sausage & Cider Festival without our famous Sausage Eating Competition. Last year’s Champion holds the Uttoxeter Racecourse record for completing the challenge in 47 seconds, do you have what it takes to take home the golden sausage trophy? To enter, all you have to do is register at our main reception next to Hoops Bar.

There is a lot of hard work and planning involved when putting our Racedays together and as we head into the April Racing Break at Uttoxeter Racecourse I would like to thank all of staff for their hard work and commitment and to all our guests, sponsors and partners for their fantastic support.

The work doesn’t stop during April, a lot of work will be going into restoring the track ready for May, the team will be looking towards the May and June fixture logistics, and the maintenance and grounds team will be working hard preparing the site ready for the Staffordshire Plate Raceday on 2nd May.

We have some exciting and entertaining Race Meetings throughout May and June, starting with the Staffordshire Plate on 2nd May featuring Staffordshire’s own Robbie Williams Tribute act, Martin Kemp Back to the 80s on 16th and fun for all the family with our Pirate Takeover Family Raceday on 24th. June brings our ever popular ABBA Party Night fixture on 13th followed by the Summer Cup on 28th.

For more information visit the racecourse office and speak to one of our friendly customer services team or visit our website for further details.

I hope you all have a fantastic day with us today and thank you for coming to Uttoxeter Racecourse.

Good Luck!
