Thank you to all for attending today for what looks likely to be another notable crowd for us here at the racecourse. Our ABBA Racenight last year was extremely popular and it has certainly drawn the crowd once again. The show will be on the main stage straight after the last race and I’m sure you will enjoy it! Our team will be out and about spotting finalists for the best costumes to enter people in our ABBA themed Best Dressed line up which has some great prizes up for grabs. We also have Robin Reid here today who will be here for a meet and mingle. Robin is a former professional British boxer who had a successful career in the Super Middleweight division. He firstly represented Great Britain as an amateur in the 1992 Olympics where he respectively won a bronze medal. He turned professional in 1993 where he quickly began to make a name for himself and became a popular British fighter. Just 3 years later he won the WBC Super Middleweight Championship and then successfully went on to defend his title three times Next up for us on Sunday 29th June is the highlight of the summer racing calendar, The Bet365 Summer Cup. The raceday has an impressive £210,000 prize money of which £75,000 is up for grabs for the feature race - certainly not one to miss for racing fans!
